Marcie Maxwell
Marcie Maxwell is an American politician of the Democratic Party. She was a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 41st district from 2009 to 2013. She resigned from the Legislature to serve as Governor Jay Inslee's senior education policy advisor.[1]

Prior to her service in the State Legislature, she served as a member of the Renton School District Board from 2001-2009[2] [3]
In January 2019, Maxwell announced her candidacy for mayor of Renton.[4] She lost her bid for the mayor's office to Armondo Pavone.[5]
