Mark D. Kelly

Mark Damon Kelly (born c.1962) is a general in the United States Air Force who currently serves as the commander of Air Combat Command. He previously served as the deputy chief of staff for Operations from August 2018 to August 2020.[1] Kelly was commissioned through the Reserve Officers' Training Corps program at Southwest Texas State University in February 1986.[2]

Kelly receiving his commission from the Air Force ROTC program at Southwest Texas State University in 1986. He earned his pilot wings at the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training School at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. He assumed his current assignment on August 28, 2020.
