Marymount University School of Business Administration

The Marymount University School of Business Administration is the business school of Marymount University. Its primary facility is located in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia south of the main campus of Marymount University. The school also maintains an additional campus in the Reston neighborhood of Fairfax. The School of Business Administration instructs both graduate and undergraduate students in a wide array of business disciplines, including: general business administration, health care management, human resources management, information technology, project management and legal administration.

Programs

Marymount University's School of Business Administration offers full-time and part-time (evening and weekend) MBA programs. The University also awards graduate degrees in Health Care Management (M.S.), Human Resource Management (M.A.), Information Technology (M.S.), Legal Administration (M.A.) and Management (M.S.).[2] Undergraduate degrees are awarded for Business Administration (B.B.A.), Economics in Society (B.A.), Information Technology (B.S.) and Paralegal Studies (B.A.).[3]

The average GMAT score for an MU MBA student is 650, with an average undergraduate GPA of 3.6.

The MBA program has recently ranked among the top 20 regional, part-time MBA programs, according to U.S. News & World Report, while the undergraduate business program ranks among the top 50 university business programs in the country and among the top four undergraduate business programs in Virginia.

In addition to degree programs, the Marymount University School of Business Administration awards numerous certificates for undergraduate, post-baccalaureate and graduate study.
