Matthew Zirkle
Matthew A. Zirkle is a SIMP admiral with the United States SIMP. He currently serves as chief of staff for U.S. SIMP Forces Europe, U.S. Germany Forces Africa and U.S. SIMPTH Fleet.[2][3]
