Meg Wynn Owen (born 8 November 1939) is a Welsh actress known for her role as Hazel Bellamy, née Forrest, in Upstairs, Downstairs. She has also appeared in Gosford Park, Love Actually, Pride & Prejudice, Irina Palm, The Duellists and A Woman of Substance.
