Melvin Aurélien

Melvin Aurélien (born 13 May 1992) is a Saint Lucian footballer who plays as a forward for Northern United All Stars in the Saint Lucian First Division. He has represented Saint Lucia at the international level.

International career

Aurélien made his international debut at the 2013 Windward Islands Tournament, coming on as a 63rd-minute substitute for Romiel Felix during a 2–0 victory over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.[2] He made one more appearance against Grenada. He was also called up for the 2014 Windward Islands Tournament,[3] and featured in one game, again against Grenada. Saint Lucia were the eventual champions.

In March 2015, Aurélien was called up yet again as a part of a 38-man provisional squad ahead of Saint Lucia's friendly against Guyana in preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers,[4] although he did not make the final cut.
