Mercedes Ateca
María de las Mercedes Ateca Gómez (23 December 1945 – 23 January 2021) was a Spanish road racing cyclist. She became the first Spanish national champion at the 1979 Spanish National Road Race Championships.[1][2] She represented Spain at the 1978 UCI Road World Championships and 1980 UCI Road World Championships.[3]
