Midsayap Diagnostic Center and Hospital (abbreviated as MDCHI or locally known as MDC Hospital) is a 58-bed capacity level-1 private healthcare institution. A Department of Health and PhilHealth accredited hospital, located along the National Highway, Poblacion 8, Midsayap, Cotabato.

History

The Midsayap Diagnostic Center and Hospital was established on March 8, 2000 in a leased and renovated hospital building located at Quezon Avenue, Poblacion 8, Midsayap, Cotabato with an initial authorized bed-capacity of just 10 in-patient accommodation. Its foundation was led by a group of five individuals composed of a surgeon, a cardiologist, an OB-gynecologist, a general practitioner and a registered medtech personnel with a meager amount of financial resources and supplies.

Construction of the new hospital edifice began in 2015 through an assets agreement between the hospital's board and One Network Bank and the operations of the MDC Hospital was officially transferred to a newly constructed hospital building along National Highway, Poblacion 8, Midsayap, Cotabato on February 7, 2017.
