Mina Roosta

Mina Roosta (Persian: مینا روستا, born 21 March 1993 in Shiraz) is an Iranian volleyball player and member of Iran women's national volleyball team.[1]

Professional career

She is graduate student of physical education physiology.[2] In 2015, she was part of the Iran's women national team in the Asian Women's U23 Volleyball Championship.[3] On the beginning of Iran's women volleyball Premiere League, She joined the Zobe Ahan Isfahan.[4] In 2017, she participated in the 19th Asian Women's Volleyball Championship as a member of the Iranian women's national volleyball team.[5] She also played for the Iranian women's national volleyball team in the 2015 World Cup qualifiers.[6]

She is in charge of the women's training committee of the Shiraz volleyball board.[7] Mina Rousta is mentioned as "the best female middle hitter in Iran".[4] She also participated in the qualifying competitions for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as a member of the Iranian women's national volleyball team.[8][9]
