Minerva (Albanian magazine)

Minerva (1932–1936) was a literary magazine, which started initially as biweekly and later was published monthly, directed by journalist Nebil Çika.

Histori

The “Minerva” magazine gathered well-known Albanian publicists such as Tajar Zavalani, Odise Paskali, Ikbale Çika, Stefan Shundi ecc.. According to Blendi Fevziu, it was the most well known magazine of modern life of Albania at the time, and had a relevant influence on the cultural life of Albania. Its first issue was in 1932 and 38 issues were published until 1936, when publication ceased.[1] The magazine focused mainly on literary critique of fictional books.[2]
