The Miss Massachusetts' Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Massachusetts in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.
Rachel Michelle-Marie Perry of New Bedford was crowned Miss Massachusetts' Outstanding Teen on April 7, 2019 at Keith Middle School in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She competed at Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
