Plot
The serial portrayed the crisis that happen in the orthodox joint family of Madhwa Brahmins who live in the North Karnataka region in accepting the baby born out of completely different wedlock. The head of the family need to accept this. He finds it very difficult to acknowledge it which further disturbs him in executing his responsibilities. The show also portrayed the beautiful traditional costumes, the ancient locations in that region and the use of authentic north karnataka accent is the main highlight in this serial. Also, the show attempts to capture a fairly male centric setting of a Brahmin family.[3]
