Nahuel and the Magic Book

In the town of the Chiloé Archipelago, a young boy named Nahuel tries as best he can to help his father, a fisherman, but is very afraid of the sea but they have a rather cool and distant relationship with each other after his mother died. After getting chased by the bullies and chasing the cat by stole the house keys, he finds the magic book, the Levisterio, that can do magic. Nahuel knew that the book was able to help his fears. However, Kalku, the owner of the book was furious and separates Nahuel and his father during a dangerous storm. An adventure then begins for Nahuel that leads him to rescue his father and conquer his deepest fears alongside Fresia, a Mapuche who recovers him, and Ruendre, a talking wolf who got cursed by Kalku and wanted revenge.

• Consuelo Pizarro as Nahuel, a protagonist who's afraid of the sea, and he's the one who stole the Levisterio to solves his fears, but then his father got kidnapped by Kalku and the quest begins to rescue his father and overcome his fears.
• Muriel Benavides as Fresia, a Mapuche girl who shelters helps Nahuel to find his father.
• Marcelo Liapiz as Kalku, a sorcerer who kidnaps Nahuel's father and the main antagonist of the film.
• Sandro Larenas as Elzaino, a fisherman and the father of Nahuel.
• Sebastián Dupont Gallardo as Ruende, a talking wolf who wanted revenge on Kalku.
• Vanesa Silva as Huenchur, one of the recoverers that save Nahuel, Consuelo, the mother of Nahuel and wife of Elzaino who dies at the beginning of the film, and Sra Hilda, the old woman

This film was produced by Carburadores with the help of the Brazilian animation studio Levante Filmes and the other Chilean animation studios like Dragao Studios, Red Animation Studios, and Punkrobot Studio, which they created and produced Bear Story. The writer of the script in the film were Germán Acuña and Juan Pablo Sepúlveda who they wrote together. The music composers were Felicia Morales and Christopher Carvajal, and the animators of the movie were from the other animation studios from Carbuadores itself, Punkrobot, Dragao, Red and Levante.[2]

Nahuel and the Magic Book had its first premiere in Annecy International Animation Film Festival from June 15 to June 30, 2020, in Annecy, France, The SCHLINGEL International Film Festival in Chemnitz, Germany on October 10-17, 2020, The Chilemonos Festival in Santiago, Chile on October 5-24, 2020, American Film Market in Santa Monica, Califonia, USA on November 9-12, 2020, and The Tokyo Anime Award Festival would premiere this film in Tokyo, Japan on March 12-15 2021.

The film's worldwide release date on Early 2021 and it would premiere on Chile, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, the United States, and worldwide.
