The club was founded in 2012 and currently plays football in the II Liiga E/N, futsal in Triobet Saaliliiga (Estonian top league), beach soccer in the Unibet Rannaliiga (Estonian top league).
Futsal team of Narva United are 3 times finalist of the Estonian futsal league (2012/2013,2015/2016 and 2016/2017) and the winner of the Estonian futsal league (2016/2017).
Narva United futsal team will represent Estonia in preliminary round of the UEFA Futsal Cup 2017/2018.
Narva United football team also is the reserve team of Narva Trans (in the 2016 and 2017 seasons).
