Nexavir

Nexavir is a drug supplied as an injection composed of peptides and amino acids derived from pig liver.[1] It has been used to treat skin conditions such as acne, inflammation, and edema.[2] Nexavir was formerly known as Kutapressin.[3] It was developed for skin conditions due to its anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. This drug has not been found by the FDA to be safe and effective, and the labeling has not been approved by them.[4]
