Nick Faldo's Championship Golf

Nick Faldo's Championship Golf is a third-person golf video game, which Grandslam Entertainment published for Amiga, Amiga CD32, Commodore 64, and MS-DOS between 1992 and 1994.[1][2][3][4] It centers around the fame of British golf champion Nick Faldo.
