Nicole Garrido

Nicole Garrido (born December 1988) is a Canadian former long track speed skater, who was active between 2001 and 2015.[1]

Garrido represented her nation four times at World Championships. At the world allround championships at 2010 World Allround Speed Skating Championships, finishing 24th overall and at the 2012 World Allround Speed Skating Championships, finishing 23rd overall.[2] She competed at the 2012 World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships in the 3000 metres event (22nd) and 5000 metres event (16th). She also competed at other international competitions, including at ISU Speed Skating World Cups.[2]

At the North American championships she became in 2009 and 2010 champion in the 1500 metres and in 2010 also in the 3000 metres. At the 2009 championships she also won a silver medal in the 1000 metres.

Between 2003 and 2015 she had 32 starts at Canacian national championships. She won the silver medal in 2012 in the 5000 metres event and won furthermore a total of 4 bronze medals.[2]
