Nindethana
Nindethana was Australia's first Aboriginal Theatre founded by Jack Charles and Bob Maza in 1972[1]. Their productions included Jack Charles is up and fighting, Basically Black[2], Brumby Innes (by Katharine Susannah Prichard) and The Cherry Pickers by Kevin Gilbert, recognised as the first Aboriginal play.[3]
