Octavian Armașu
Octavian Armașu (born 29 June 1969 in Chișinău, USSR) is a Moldovan politician who currently serves as Minister of Finances of Moldova since January 2016,[1] succeeding Anatol Arapu at this post. On 30 November 2018 he became the head of the National Bank of Moldova, succeeding Sergiu Cioclea at this post.

Controversies
On 30 September 2016, a Moldovan civic activist, Andrei Donică, spilled a bucket of milk over Octavian Armașu, reproaching him the actions done by the government in case of $1 billion fraud.[3][4]
