Olga Akifyeva
Olga Akifyeva (Russisch: Ольга Акифьева, born 20 July 1917) also written as Olga Akifjeva is a former Soviet long track speed skater, who was active in from 1937 until 1955.[1]

In February 1951 she broke the 3000m world record, in Medeo.
Akifyeva represented her nation four times at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women in 1950, (finishing 8th overall), 1952, (finishing 9th overall), 1953, (finishing 5th overall) and 1954, (finishing 11th overall).[2] She also competed in other international competitions.
Between 1937 and 1955 she competed 15 times at the national allround championships. She became national champion in 1938 and won overall two silver and 4 bronze medals.
