Parwana Paikan
Parwana Paikan is an Afghani diplomat. She is Chargé d’Affaires to France and UNESCO.[1][2]
Life
She graduated from Kabul University, and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. She was third secretary at the Afghani embassy to Japan.[3][4] She was Afghani Consul in Tokyo.[5]
