Paschim Express

The 12925 / 12926 Paschim Express is a Superfast express train belonging to Indian Railways that runs between Bandra Terminus in Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Amritsar in Punjab and Kalka in Haryana. Western Railway said that it will run with highly refurbished LHB coaches from Bandra Terminus on 15th October 2020 and from Amritsar & Kalka from 17th October 2020.

Train history

  • The Paschim Express was originally known as Super Deluxe Express which was later changed as Paschim Express.
  • It was one of the first trains to be transferred to Bandra Terminus from Mumbai Central.
  • It does not stop at Hazrat Nizamuddin when it operates as 12926 Paschim Express.
