Patoptoformis hanuman
Patoptoformis hanuman is a species of moth of the family Cossidae. It is found in India (Assam).[1]

The length of the forewings is about 12 mm for males and 14 mm for females. The forewings are brown with a weak black streaky pattern. The hindwings are uniform dark brown.
Etymology
The species is named from Hanuman, a sacral monkey in Indian mythology.[2]
