Paul Collister

Paul Collister (born 18 September 1958 in Wallasey, Cheshire - now Merseyside) is an English music manager. He was known during the late 1970s and early 1980s for his work with Liverpool bands such as Dalek I Love You and OMD.

Career

Collister was a manager and recording engineer/producer. He was the manager of OMD and also recorded and co-produced their first single "Electricity" in his garage using his four track tape recorder, Winston, which later went on tour with the band.[1] He also co-produced their first self-titled album under the pseudonym of Chester Valentine.[2]
