Paul Neumann (referee)
Paul Neumann (born 1869 ; died ?) was a German football referee.
Career
He officiated three international friendly matches in 1908-1909, include his country's match with England (Am.) and gave 2 penalty against England (Am.), which only one of them converted by Fritz Förderer in 20th minute did score 1-1.[1] He officiated 5 matches in the German football championship 1903-1904 (1), 1908-1909 (1), 1909-1910 (1) and 1920-1921 (3).
