Penicillium purpurescens

Penicillium purpurescens is a species of fungus in the genus Penicillium which was isolated from soil in Canada.[1][2][3] This species is similar to Penicillium glabrum.[4] Penicillium purpurescens produces hadacidin.[5][6]
