Percut Sei Tuan

Percut Sei Tuan is a town and district of Deli Serdang Regency in the province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. The population of the town in 2001 was 17,863.[1] It is the district capital of the Percut Sei Tuan district.

The district, which covers an area of 190.79 km2, at the 2010 Census had 384,672 inhabitants;[2] the most recent official estimate (for mid 2017) gave a population of 454,202,comprising 228,443 males and 225,759 females,[3] making it one of the most populated districts in Indonesia. It is composed of twenty 'villages' (most of which are suburban to the city of Medan), set out below with their populations at the 2010 Census.[4] Twelve of these are urban villages (kelurahan - indicated by * after their name in the table below) and eight are rural villages (desa).
