Phineus (mythology)
In Greek mythology, Phineus[1] (/ˈfɪniəs, ˈfɪn.juːs/; Greek: Φινεύς, Ancient Greek: [pʰiː.neǔs]) was the name of the following figures:
- Phineus (son of Belus), who was turned to stone by Perseus.[3]
- Phineus, one of the sons of Lycaon of Arcadia.[4]
