Poovum Pottum

Poovum Pottum (transl.Flower and Vermilion) is 1968 Indian Tamil-language RomanceDrama film, directed by Dada Mirasi and produced by Vasu Menon. The film's dialogue was written by Aarur Doss and the story was written by Nihar Ranjan Gupta, respectively.[1] Music was by R. Govarthanam. It stars P. Bhanumathi, S. V. Ranga Rao, A. V. M. Rajan and Nagesh playing lead, with Bharathi, Jyothi Lakshmi, R. Muthuraman and Pandari Bai in supporting roles.[2]

This film was a remake of the Hindi film Nai Roshni.[3]
