Raúl Fernández (motorcyclist)

Raúl Fernández González (born 23 October 2000) is a Spanish motorcycle racer. He competes in the Moto3 World Championship aboard a KTM RC250GP. He is not related to current Moto2 rider Augusto Fernández.

His younger brother, Adrián Fernández is also a motorcycle racer.

Career

Fernández competed in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup in 2015 and 2016.[1] In the latter year he also made his Grand Prix debut at Valencia in the Moto3 class as the replacement for the injured María Herrera,[2] scoring championship points with an 11th place.

He was the 2018 FIM CEV Moto3 Junior World Champion.
