Rashad Nabiyev

Rashad Nabi Oghlu Nabiyev (Azerbaijani: Rəşad Nəbi oğlu Nəbiyev; 1977 birth) is an Azerbaijani politician serving as the Minister of Communications & Information Technologies of Azerbaijan.[1] He previously served as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Azercosmos.
