Richard A. Dawson
Richard A. Dawson (1848 - 1906) was a lawyer and state senator in Arkansas.[1][2] He was born in Virginia. His father was a minister and he studied at Oberlin College.[3] A Republican, he switched to become a Democrat by 1900.[3]
