SSENSE

SSENSE is an e-commerce and brick-and-mortar luxury and streetwear retailer based in Montreal, Canada. It was founded in 2003 by three brothers: Rami, Bassel and Firas Atallah. The platform currently serves 114 countries and operates in French, English and Japanese.[1][2][3][4][5]

Awards and honors

In 2014 the founders of SSENSE were bestowed the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young.[6] SSENSE was also named as one of the 30 leading global menswear retailers in the world by Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and The Business of Fashion.[7]

In 2017 Rami Atallah was named Honorary Chair of the 2017 Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards.[8] Rami Atallah was also named to the jury for the International Woolmark Prize competition alongside industry leaders.[9]

in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Rami Atallah was named to The Business of Fashion BoF 500, a professional index presented by The Business of Fashion, identifying the people shaping the global fashion industry.[10]
