Sabuhi Huseynov
Sabuhi Habil oglu Huseynov (Səbuhi Habil oğlu Hüseynov; born 18 July 2000) is an Azerbaijani badminton player. He has played for the Azerbaijani national team since 2012.[1] He was ranted number one on the Azerbaijan Junior team, earning a gold medal annually at the Azerbaijan Youth Republican Championship tournament from 2012 to 2018,[2] as well as a bronze medal at the 5th Konya Rumi International Children Sport Games.[3] He won gold medals in personal, double and mixed-double competitions at the 2016 Baku City Youth Badminton Championship.[4] At the Azerbaijan Republican Championship tournament, he earned bronze medals in 2015 and 2016, a silver medal in 2017, and gold medals in 2018 and 2019. As of 24 January 2021, he is ranked 1,191 in men's singles, 302 in men's doubles, and 737 in mixed doubles with four career wins and 30 losses by the Badminton World Federation.[5]
