The organisation of SZIK
Student committee
The Student Committee (abbreviation in Hungarian: DB) is the representative body of SZIK. The president of the DB and the four vice-presidents are elected annually by the SZIK members. The DB ensures the democracy in the college. The DB holds regular meetings and is responsible for managing SZIK, coordinating the teams and preparing the general meetings.
Directorate
The directorate is responsible for managing the SZIK student committee and the employees. The directorate also represent SZIK in the Jesuit Order. Finances and membership issues fall within the directorate's cognisance. The directorate includes the rector, the educational manager and the college priest. The rector is the head of SZIK, responsible for the realisation of the aims of the College. The DB president represents the SZIK in the directorate meetings. The educational manager administers the professional issues, and the college priest oversees the spiritual development of the students.
Team system
The SZIK members work in teams to fulfill the college's professional, community and spiritual tasks and programmes. Each student is a team member. The teams are under the DB's control. Every team elects a team leader to run it.
SZIK Teams:
- Marketing
- Communication
- Foreign Affairs
- Recruiting
- Spiritual
- Domestic Affairs

- Professional
The DB divides the SZIK members into teams, based on the members' personal preferences. Each team prepares an annual team program and presents it to the DB in September.
