Sandra Lavorel

Sandra Lavorel (born 1965) is a French ecologist specializing in functional ecology. Research director at the CNRS, she works at the Alpine Ecology Laboratory in Grenoble.[1] She has been a member of the French Academy of sciences since 2013[2] In 2020, she was honoured to be an international member of the National Academy of Sciences.[3]
