Saudi National Bank

Saudi National Bank is a proposed bank, that intended to be created following the merger of Samba and NCB.[1][2]

Samba and NCB planned a mega-merger worth 15.3 billion dollars.[3][4]

The merger would result in creation of Arabian Gulf's third largest bank after Qatar National Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank.[3]
