Scott Bishop

Rear-Admiral Scott Edward George Bishop CMM CD is an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy, currently serving as the commander of the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command.[2]

He joined the Naval Reserve 1983 before joining the Regular Force in 1985. He commanded HMCS Halifax in 2005.

He also served as Commander Maritime Operations Group Five, Commander Canadian Fleet Pacific in August 2012,[3] and Commander Canadian Fleet Atlantic in 2013.[4][5] He was the Director General International Security Policy from July 2015 until assuming command of the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command in June 2016.

Bishop has a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a graduate of the United States Naval War College.[6]
