Scott D. Berrier
Scott David Berrier (born 1962) is an active-duty lieutenant general in the United States Army who currently serves as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.[1] Before, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army G-2 (intelligence).[2] He was commissioned in 1983, through the ROTC program at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.[3] On July 30th, the U.S. Senate confirmed Berrier to serve as the 22nd Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, which he will begin later in 2020 after the retirement of LTG Robert P. Ashley Jr.[4][5]
