Scrobipalpa ocyphanes

Scrobipalpa ocyphanes is a moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1937. It is found in South Africa.[1][2]

The wingspan is about 16 mm (0.63 in). The forewings are light fuscous, the costa narrowly ochreous yellow, interrupted by a small dark fuscous spot at two-thirds, the costal edge blackish towards the base. The plical and second discal stigma are dark fuscous and the dorsal edge is dark fuscous on the basal one-fourth. The hindwings are grey.[3]
