Sellou

Sellou (Moroccan Arabic: سلّو səllu), also called slilou or sfouf, is a dessert consumed in Morocco.[1] It is made from a base of roasted flour mixed with butter, honey, almonds, sesame, and possibly other nuts and spices.[2]
