Esteghlal

Toufiqi did not have any sporting position before joining Esteghlal, but suddenly, with the non-sporting decision of the Ministry of Sports and Amir Reza Khadem , he entered the Esteghlal Club complex as an investor and sponsor representative on the board, but surprisingly, he gradually became a sponsor representative. Some such as secretary of the board, member of the board, deputy director of sports and transfer responsibility arrived.[2]

poor performance and Dismissal

Esteghlal's poor performance in the transfer season and the uncertainty of stars such as Japarov and Tiam caused the Minister of Sports to be dissatisfied with the performance of Esteghlal's management team. The media themselves commented on the performance of the water managers. These events have caused the Minister of Sports and Youth to make changes in Esteghlal Club. Therefore, Pendar Tawfiqi and Hassan Zamani, two noisy managers of the Blues, were fired.[3]
