Plot

The eldest son of Tokugawa Iemitsu Takechiyo was attacked by an assassin's corps. Seven samurai who were hired by the Sakura han lord, Hotta Masamori helped Takechiyo. The attack was due to the conflict of the succession of the next Shogun. It is Tokugawa shogunate's law the eldest son of Iemitsu Takechiyo take over Sogun's position but Takechiyo was extremely hated by Iemitsu.[6][7][8]
