Sim Ka

Sim Ka is a Cambodian senator. He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and was elected to represent Phnom Penh in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003.[1]

In this Cambodian name, the surname is Sim. In accordance with Cambodian custom, this person should be referred to by the given name.
