Simon Sadler (businessman)
Simon Sadler (born 18 October 1969) is a Hong Kong-based British businessman and the current owner of Blackpool F.C. He acquired the club out of receivership in 2019. He was born in Lytham St Annes and grew up in Bispham, Blackpool. He attended Moor Park Primary School, Warbreck School and Blackpool and the Fylde College. He completed a Business Science undergraduate degree at UMIST. He has worked since in investment banking in London, Moscow and latterly Hong Kong, working for large multinationals, including HSBC, until eventually founding his own capital firm, Segantii Capital.[1][2]

Sadler is married to Gillian and has two children.[3]
