One of his most famous works is the Church of St. Clement of Ohrid in Skopje.[2] He designed the Yugoslav Embassy in Brasilia in 1961. He also designed and built buildings in the former Yugoslav republics, Brazil and Libya.

He was influenced by Oscar Niemeyer in Brazil and Kenzō Tange during the planning of Skopje following the 1963 Skopje earthquake.[3]

Brezoski was one of the most prominent practitioners during the height of Brutalism's influence on the Architecture of North Macedonia [4]
