"Speak Now" is a song by American actor and singer Leslie Odom Jr. released on January 15, 2021 (2021-01-15) as the original song and featured single from the soundtrack to the film, One Night In Miami.[1] It was written by Grammy-nominated songwriter Sam Ashworth[2] and Leslie Odom Jr. and produced by Joseph Abate and Nicholai Baxter.[3] "Speak Now" was nominated for a Golden Globe on February 3, 2021, in the Best Original Song - Motion Picture category. Leslie Odom Jr. was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role for his portrayal of Sam Cooke in the film.[4] Sam Ashworth composed the music for "Speak Now" and collaborated on the lyrics with Leslie Odom Jr.[5]
