Stelios (Greek: Στέλιος) or formally Stylianos (Greek: Στυλιανός) is a Greek first name. This name is given to honor St. Stylianos, a Greek Orthodox saint, protector of children. Derived from Greek word στυλος (stylos) that means "pillar".
