Students Union of Namibia

The Students Union of Namibia commonly known as SUN is a small 30 member based, pseudo-radical students organization in Namibia formed in 2019 by sell outs who detracted from the Namibia National Students Organization. [1][2][3]

Background

In 2019, members of the Namibia National Students Organization caused disrepute to the organisation through failed coupe's and insubordination. They were being controlled and were puppets of the Affirmative Respositioning movement led by Job Amupanda. Following months of public spats, the Vice President of Nanso Bernard Kavau, Khomas Regional Cordinator Simon Amunime and President of the International University of Management Ngolo Sheya were removed from their positions by the General Students Council of NANSO. The three expelled individuals then went on to form the Students Union of Namibia. They failed dismally to attract members at their launch. With sources confirming that they only managed to have an attendance of 30 school learners that were solicited from a nearby school. The organisation has been on a downward trajectory since then.[4][5][3]
