The organisation doesn't operate any campaigns directly, but instead owns three not-for-profits, two of which do. Sustainable Transport Northamptonshire runs three campaigns (two of which are a lot more active than the other)[2]

Sustainable Transport Outer Regions doesn't currently operate any active campaigns, however, hosts a list of projects they hope to start campaigning for on https://ideaslist.crd.co.
The organisation also owns another not-for-profit called Transport for South Midlands, a consortium of local councils, local stakeholders, Government agencies etc. The organisation has got off to a rough start, with no members as of yet.[3]
